ibp-kältesysteme is also a competent partner for the support and implementation of energy-efficient renovation measures in residential and industrial buildings.

With over 40 years of experience in refrigeration technology and nearly 30 years as a graduate engineer in process and energy engineering, the combined expertise of ibp-kältesysteme is at your disposal.

Services:

From assessing the current status to developing the renovation concept, reviewing bids, and completing the individual measures, including monitoring the trades, and ultimately applying for funding and disbursing the funds, we will support you and provide you with advice and assistance.

Funding:

Funding programs are available to private individuals, companies, municipalities, and non-profit organizations. The funding programs are diverse and must be applied for individually with the relevant institutions for each energy requirement or energy project.

Measures:

The energy-saving renovation measures include the following.

For residential buildings:

- Energy inventory

- Preparation of customized renovation proposals

- Hydraulic balancing, heating load calculation, etc.

- Application for subsidies

- Preparation of the energy performance certificate

- Preparation of all documentation

 

For non-residential buildings:

For new construction, expansion, or comprehensive renovation of a non-residential building, a GEG certificate (including a thermal insulation certificate) is mandatory. We will prepare all the necessary documents for you.

- Proof of compliance with minimum energy requirements

- Thermal insulation certificate according to DIN 4108

- System-related certificates (e.g., heating, ventilation, PV)

- Documentation for the building permit and

- funding
