Control cabinet cooling devices, cooling devices: series models
ibp-kältesysteme develops, designs and builds customer-specific
cooling units for machine and control cabinet cooling in series with
outputs from 250W to 10000W. These are active cooling devices,
air-water exchangers or air-air exchangers.
The focus is
always on the goal of finding the best and most cost-effective
solution for the customer, regardless of which specifications have
to be met.
ibp-refrigeration systems is known for the
committed and close cooperation with the customers. All parameters
are defined together and then realized with 3D drawing programs on
the computer. On request, the devices can be certified and
TÜV-tested.
Switch cabinet cooling units from ibp are
suitable for industrial use, even under difficult conditions, such
as high temperatures and aggressive ambient atmospheres. We also
mass-produce control cabinet cooling units for use in oil
production, on offshore systems or in the mining sector. Reliable
device cooling is also guaranteed in tropical or desert climates, as
well as in corrosive environments (seawater, sulfuric acid, etc.).

- Special properties: High temperatures (up to 60°C environment), resistant to aggressive atmospheres, suitable for the new, flammable refrigerants, low-maintenance, flexible control (mechanical, digital, winter control), partially adjustable, up to IP 65, indoor/outdoor, Atex 22
- Can already be operated with the new, flammable refrigerants that will be mandatory from 2022, with TÜV certificate on request.

- Special properties: High temperatures (up to 60°C environment), resistant to highly aggressive atmospheres (salt water, sulfuric acid environment, etc.), low-maintenance, flexible control (mechanical, digital), partially adjustable, interior available in V2A and/or V4A, housing in high-strength plastic, up to IP 65, Atex 22 possible
air-water exchanger
- Application: Wherever the greatest demands are placed on the cooling device, whether indoors or outdoors, the devices of the LWT series are used.

- Areas of application: Electrical, steel, food industry, mechanical engineering
- Special properties: great performance in the smallest of spaces, light, low installation depth, reliable, environmentally friendly, very quiet in operation
